 The Basic course is currently FULL and the wait list is closed.
 
 
Credit Hours: You will receive 40 credit hours for the Basic course, and an additional 8 hours for the conference. 
 
Please Note: Do NOT register for the 2026 Conference separately.
 
This course begins on Sunday, June 28, at 8 a.m. and ends on Thursday, July 2, at 5 p.m. Please make travel arrangements accordingly. You must attend all classes in their entirety.
 
NOTE: ALL NASRO COURSES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE ATLANTIS RESORT.  
 
 Conference Registration Rates:
  • Early Bird Rate is $550. You must register and pay by Jan. 5, 2026, to take advantage of this rate. Registrations that are unpaid by January 5 will be cancelled.
  • Regular Conference Rate is $650 for current NASRO members and $700 for non-members, and these rates are good from January 6 - May 29, 2026.
  • Late Registration Rate is $750 for members and $800 for non-members, and these rates will be from May 30 - June 27, 2026.
  • Walk-up Registration Rate for all on-site registrations is $850. SWAG BAG NOT GUARANTEED 
Cancellations:
Any cancellation requests must be emailed to kim.davis@nasro.org. If the registration fee has already been paid, a refund will be issued. Cancellations made on or after May 30, 2026, or no-shows to the conference will forfeit all registration fees.
 
NASRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. If NASRO cancels or reschedules training due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of NASRO, you are entitled to a full refund. NASRO is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations. If NASRO cancels a training in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Course Certificates:

If there are any issues with your course certificate, please contact Taylor Mann at taylor.mann@nasro.org within 30 days of course completion. NASRO does not report POST hours except for TCOLE hours for in person classes held within Texas.

NASRO Event Cancellations:

NASRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Any Course with less than 15 registrations will be subject to cancellation. 

The below information applies ONLY to regular courses, not conference. 

Participant Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to kim.davis@nasro.org.  A refund will be issued unless a credit for a future training course is specifically requested.  Cancellations made within 10 business days of the course start date, or no-shows, will forfeit all registration fees. No transfers between people will be permitted.

Late Registration Fees:

All registrations made within 10 business days of the course start date will incur a $25.00 late-registration fee.
