Advanced SRO - 2025 Conference Advanced SRO Course - Grapevine, TX

Credit Hours: You will receive 24 credit hours for the Advanced course, and an additional 8 hours for the conference. 
 
Please Note: Do NOT register for the 2025 Conference separately.
 
You must attend all classes in their entirety.
 
If you are a Texas Peace Officer, please complete this form after registering for the conference. This will ensure that your conference training hours are submitted and accredited through TCOLE. This form MUST be completed by July 5, 2025. 
 
 Conference Registration Rates:
  • Early Bird Rate is $500. You may register at this rate through Jan. 6, 2025. Payment is due at the time of registration. 
  • Regular Conference Rate is $600 for current NASRO members and $650 for non-members, and these rates are good from January 7 - May 31, 2025. Payment is due at the time of registration. 
  • Late Registration Rate is $700 for members and $750 for non-members, and these rates will be from June 1 - July 5, 2025. Payment is due at the time of registration. 
  • Walk-up Registration Rate for all on-site registrations is $800. Payment is due at the time of registration. 
Cancellations:
Any cancellation requests must be e-mailed to kim.davis@nasro.org. If the registration fee has already been paid, a refund will be issued. Cancellations made on or after May 31, 2025, or no-shows to the conference, will forfeit all registration fees.
 
NASRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. If NASRO cancels or reschedules training due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of NASRO, you are entitled to a full refund. NASRO is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellations. If NASRO cancels a training in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Please DO NOT use your account to register another person.  Each person needs to have his/her own personal account with his/her name, email address, user ID, and password to access course certificates and training history and to receive emails from instructors. 

Course Certificates:

If there are any issues with your course certificate, please contact Taylor Mann at taylor.mann@nasro.org within 30 days of course completion. NASRO does not report POST hours except for TCOLE hours for in person classes held within Texas.

NASRO Event Cancellations:

NASRO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training. Any Course with less than 15 registrations will be subject to cancellation. 

The below information applies ONLY to regular courses, not conference. 

Participant Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Cancellation requests must be emailed to kim.davis@nasro.org.  A refund will be issued unless a credit for a future training course is specifically requested.  Cancellations made within 10 business days of the course start date, or no-shows, will forfeit all registration fees. No transfers between people will be permitted.

Late Registration Fees:

All registrations made within 10 business days of the course start date will incur a $25.00 late-registration fee.
