Your registration fee includes:
- 10x10 booth
- 6' Skirted Table
- 2 Chairs
- Wastebasket
- ID Sign
- Piping and Drape for booth (8' back & 3' sides)
- Special NASRO reception held within the Exhibit Hall
Registration fee schedule:
- New Exhibitor (On or before June 21, 2008) $1,100.00
- New Exhibitor (After June 21, 2008) $1,225.00
- Returning Exhibitor $850.00 (Must have been a paid exhibitor at 2007 conference)
- Not for Profit, 501(c)(3) $750.00
- Request Electricity (Additional cost to be determined by Hotel / Exhibit Company)
- Request 24 Hour Security (Additional charge for security service to apply)

Exhibitor's Schedule:
Sunday, July 27th
Vendor set-up – 8:00am to 3:00pm
Vendor registration – 8:00am to 2:00pm
Exhibit Hall open – 6:00pm to 8:00pm
(Attendee reception from 6:00pm to 8:00pm)
Monday, July 28th
Exhibit Hall open – 11:30am to 8:00pm
(cash bar, pin and patch swap – 4:30pm to 6:00pm)
Tuesday, July 29th
Exhibit Hall open – 8:00am to 1:30pm
Cancellation Policy:
Must be in Writing to NASRO
- By April 1, 2008 Full Refund
- By May 1, 2008 50% Refund
- No refunds past May 1, 2008
All cancellations subject to a $100.00 processing fee.
