Keynote Speaker Sponsorship is available to those companies wishing to support and make an impact at this conference. Custom quotes are available to interested companies.
OPENING RECEPTION*
Welcome all attendees as they join us in the exhibit hall on registration day. Address the attendees for 3 minutes to welcome them to the event. Imprinted napkins with your company logo will provided at cash bars and you will be the recognized sponsor on signage at the event.
EXHIBITOR’S RECEPTION*
The Exhibitor’s Reception takes place on Monday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Sponsorship will allow for host bars instead of cash bars during this event. Address the attendees for 3 minutes to welcome them to the event. Imprinted napkins with your company logo will provided at cash bars and you will be the recognized sponsor on signage at the event.
CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST (Two Days Available)*
Breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall and your company will receive sponsorship recognition as well as a 3 minute speaking opportunity during breakfast. Sponsorship signage will be displayed.
BOX LUNCH (Two Days Available)*
Lunch sponsorships are a chance to showcase your brand to a hungry audience, inside the exhibit hall, with recognition as a lunch sponsor and 3 minute speaking opportunity. Sponsorship signage will be displayed at lunch stations. Includes custom imprinted beverage napkins and your logo on the box lunches.
ATTENDEES ARE ON THEIR OWN FOR LUNCH (AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE EXHIBIT HALL) UNLESS THIS IS FULLY SPONSORED.
