Request to Present at Conference Application
 
Requests must be submitted by midnight March 30, 2008.
    -Proposals must be typed or word processed.
    -Handwritten proposals will not be reviewed.
    -Proposals that are faxed will not be reviewed.
 Presenters and co-presenters must e-mail (click here to e-mail) a one page resume highlighting education/training & experiences clearly which provide validation to you as a presenter. Presenters may include up to three single page letters of recommendation for the proposed topic from other conference planners or organizations who were highly satisfied with this same presentation.Accepted presenters must pay their conference registration fee within 30 days of being notified of their acceptance to remain as a presenter on the conference schedule.

Those selected to present are responsible for conference fees, travel expenses, and equipment.
