The NASRO Board of Directors is comprised of the executive board and individuals representing states divided into regions. The Board also has voting members representing other entities vital to the success of NASRO.

The NASRO Board of Directors is charged with the responsibility of providing leadership to the organization by meeting on a regular basis to conduct the business of the organization. Critical issues and new ideas focused on the continuous improvement and expansion of NASRO are discussed. Decisions are reached through the democratic process of open and candid discussion with the idea of reaching consensus on any issue before voting is undertaken.
